Aussie Disability Services Australia is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Full Time Support Worker to join our growing team for an immediate start.

📍 Position Details
1 Full Time and 2 Casual Positions Available
Immediate commencement
Pay Rate: $38.65 per hour (Level 3 – Pay Point 1)
💙 What You Will Do
Provide personal care and daily living support
Assist with household tasks and meal preparation
Support community access and social participation
Monitor participant wellbeing and maintain documentation
Promote independence, dignity, and person-centred care
✅ Requirements
Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Current Driver Licence preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Full working rights in Australia
Positive attitude and willingness to learn (essential for entry-level applicants)
