For a lot of families, getting a loved one out into the community feels like a logistical mountain. Appointments, social events, recreational activities, even just a coffee with a friend. The desire is there. The support to make it happen isn't always.

At Essential Nursing, community access is built into how we care for participants. Our team provides hands-on transport support so participants can get out, stay connected, and engage with the world around them, with a trusted support worker alongside them every step of the way.

As the financial year draws to a close, we find ourselves reflecting on what this period has really meant for the people we support and the team that shows up for them every single day.

Every goal reached. Every participant who found their confidence in the community. Every family who felt a little less alone in navigating the NDIS. Every support worker who went above and beyond because that's simply who they are.

That's what this financial year has been made of at Essential Nursing.

Thank you to our participants, their families, and our incredible team of 200+ for making it what it was.
