What a day! 💕

As a player, volunteer and sponsor, I feel incredibly proud to be part of this beautiful club.

The Ducks have hosted our Breast Cancer Round for the third year in a row, and once again it was such a huge success. 💕🩷

Watching our stand alone women’s AFLW Masters football club continue to thrive and grow is honestly something pretty special. What a community we have created! 🥰

A huge thank you to Town of Victoria Park and Karen Vernon, Mayor of Victoria Park, for popping over and showing your support.

And a massive thank you to the wonderful CWA of WA, Victoria Park branch ladies for giving up your time to run the cake stall. 🧁💕 Your support means so much to us.

And of course, thank you to everyone who volunteered, donated, played, supported, organised, baked, cheered and helped make today happen.

So proud of this club.
So proud of our women.
And so proud to be part of the Ducks family. 🩷🦆

Here’s to another successful Breast Cancer Round and many more to come! 💕

Apparently I’ve officially been promoted to Chief Cheerleader 😂📣🏉

And this certificate is even more special because it was made by the only girl on my son’s team. 🥰

She absolutely loved her year playing with the boys, and it made me so happy to see her out there enjoying herself, being part of the team and just getting stuck into footy.

Her mum actually thanked me for being there and cheering her on so loudly. 😂🥰

But honestly, I was more than happy to do it.

Because sometimes kids just need someone on the sideline who is really, really loud in their corner. 📣😂

Being a mum, pharmacist, menopause clinician, business owner and all the other hats I wear can sometimes feel like a lot.

But moments like this remind me that being present matters too.

And perhaps that’s why I love this little certificate so much.

Women and girls deserve people who cheer them on. Loudly. Proudly. Unapologetically. 💜

So I’ll happily accept my title:

🏆 The Best Cheerleader Ever 🏆

And I’ll keep cheering. 🥰📣💙💛

We are here to celebrate women and improve their health 💜

For too long, menopause has been overlooked in healthcare education, leaving many women feeling unheard and unsupported.

At Pause Health, we believe pharmacists can change that.

We’re an Australian pharmacist founded education company on a mission to empower pharmacists and pharmacy staff with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to better recognise and support people experiencing perimenopause and menopause.

This is more than a course.

It’s about changing conversations.
Changing confidence.
Changing care.

Our Menopause Discovery Course launches this month, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Follow along as we build a community of pharmacists passionate about improving menopause care, one conversation at a time.

Better menopause care starts in pharmacy.

I am so looking forward to presenting at the Pharmacy WA Forum this Friday! 💜

I feel incredibly honoured to have been invited to speak on “Menopause Management in Practice: A Pharmacy Perspective.”

It’s amazing to think that a passion born from my own lived experience has grown into opportunities like this, helping pharmacists recognise the important role they can play in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause.

I can’t wait to share practical tools, clinical pearls, and hopefully inspire more pharmacists to see the difference they can make.

See you on Friday! 💜

The conversation around menopause is changing and pharmacists have an important role to play.

I’m incredibly grateful to have been featured in this Australian Pharmacist article discussing how pharmacists can help improve care for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause.

Every day I see women who have spent months to years feeling unheard, dismissed, or simply told that their symptoms are “just part of getting older.” We can do better.

As pharmacists, we’re often the most accessible healthcare professionals. By recognising symptoms, providing evidence-based education, supporting the safe use of hormonal and non-hormonal therapies, and working collaboratively with GPs and specialists, we can make a real difference to women’s lives.

Thank you to Australian Pharmacist for highlighting this important area of practice. I hope this is just the beginning of greater recognition of the role pharmacists can play in women’s health.
