If you are one of the many who experience short-term, self-limiting conditions like common colds, stomach upset, migraine, or back pain, your local Pharmacist can provide you with a Workplace Leave Certificate.
* For up to 2 days
* No appointment necessary
* Available for both personal sick leave and carers leave

Please note that a short interview is required and a fee applies. Certificates cannot be backdated.
