Thursday afternoons at Vision. ♾️

Our Thursday program is all about building skills, independence and meaningful friendships.

While some individuals take part in the Rich River Golf Program, others enjoy community based activities before everyone comes together at the park for group games, a BBQ dinner & social connection.

Each week, people take turns preparing and cooking the BBQ. This includes organising the BBQ supplies and shopping for ingredients. 😍

An afternoon full of learning, confidence and connection at Vision Fitness & Support Services! 💙

Today individuals:
🥖 Built independence and cooking skills by making delicious French toast.
🫶🏽 Improved their fitness, coordination, balance and overall wellbeing during a fitness session led by Quinn, developing leadership, communication and confidence.
🐐 Developed animal awareness and animal care skills while spending time caring for our goats.
