The heart is not just a pump ❤️

Watching Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride’s work again and it opens important conversations.
She has long spoken about the gut-brain connection and how what happens in the digestive system may influence how we think, feel and function.
In my own work with hypnosis, the subconscious mind and helping people reconnect with themselves, I see something interesting over and over…
People struggling with anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, feeling disconnected, brain fog, low energy… so often their intuition already knows. The Higher Self always recommends to slow down. Nourish your body, heal your gut . Reduce toxins. Regulate your nervous system. Support your gut. Work on subconscious patterns.
The body whispers before it screams.
Science keeps discovering more about the gut-brain connection every year. The gut and brain are constantly communicating 🧠⚡
Healing is rarely one thing.

Sometimes people heal emotions and the body follows.
