We have an exciting 10 month maternity leave opportunity for a Pre-Site Manager to join our Bendigo Customer Support team. This is your chance to play a key role in guiding customers through one of the most important journeys of their lives – building their dream home.

💼 What you’ll be doing:
• Be the main point of contact for customers during the pre-site stage
• Manage expectations and provide regular updates on their build journey
• Collaborate with drafting, estimating, studio and permits teams
• Coordinate variations and ensure a smooth transition into construction
• Deliver exceptional customer service every step of the way

• Experience in customer/account management (ideally in residential building or similar)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work across multiple teams
• Understanding of residential contracts, plans, or real estate is a plus
