“Did you do your exercises?” Is a question that’s asked in almost every consult. And despite what your suspicious side eye might tell you, we are genuinely not asking to catch you out 😅

The exercises we may prescribe aren’t there to make your day harder. They are designed to help you move better and recover faster so you keep doing the things you love.

So whether your answer is “yep!”, or “some of them”, or even “I forgot” - just know we are on your team 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

At Monty Osteo, we educate that your healing isn’t always obvious.

Sometimes, progress looks like:

Often - the biggest shift is simply this:

Progress isn’t always feeling 100%. It’s sometimes:

Healing is not often linear, but small progress is still progress.

Question for you:
How many times have you blamed your “poor posture” for your back pain?

Here is the thing the most people get wrong

Pain ≠ damage

If your neck or back starts aching when you are sitting at your desk, it’s not because something is “damaged”

It’s your body waving a little red flag saying
“Hey, we have been here for too long. Time to move”

The truth is - there is actually minimal evidence linking “poor posture” directly to back pain.

So instead of worrying about sitting perfectly upright:
➡️ Shift positions
➡️ Take breaks
➡️ Move your body

Because your best posture, is your next posture.
