If you know Ria, you’ll know she’s a true morning person, fuelled by her magical piccolo with honey and always ready to find a way to sneak a bridge variation into class! 🍯☕️🍑

But Ria is so much more than her beautiful classes. She puts so much thought, passion and care into the Loft, from creating amazing classes and supporting our clients, to helping build the warm, welcoming community we’re so proud of. 🤍

She has a way of making everyone feel seen, supported and completely at home, and her energy is such a special part of what makes The Happy Loft what it is.
