Healthy and Active Moreton Caboolture chair yoga is on Tuesday at 9:30am, and we're off to Coffee Parch for morning tea afterwards if you're interested. Not taking on any new participants at this stage the class is fully booked.

I have a new chair yoga class starting on Fridays at 11am at Delaneys Creek community hall from 11th September. Cost is $12.

I am starting a Chair Yoga class on Friday 11th September at 11am, cost is $12, at Delaneys Creek Community Hall.

We begin each class with a seated version of the gentle joint release sequence, followed by standing poses, breathing exercises and a meditation practice, all done with the support of a chair.

Improve your flexibility, strength, balance and breathing, while fostering a sense of wellbeing in a supportive community. And all without needing to get down to or up from the floor. Class runs for 1 hour.

I love to gaze upon these red and these purple blooms together; the combination against the greens delights my senses! Step out into the natural environment around you when the sun is shining and enjoy the beauty of winter flowers....and while you're at it you might jaunter in to Caboolture Chair yoga on Tuesday at 9:30am (thanks MBCC HAM program) and afterwards at the Coffee Patch for morning tea.
