💪 Heart & Lung Fitness Exercise Classes – 6‑Week Program starting 27 April 2026 in Moonah TAS

Want to feel stronger, breathe easier, and boost your heart and lung health? Andrew’s small‑group exercise program can help improve strength, endurance, fitness and overall quality of life and is open to new and existing clients aged 17+.

Led by Andrew Michael, Senior Physiotherapist who has extensive experience supporting people with heart, lung, neurological and general health needs.

✨ What’s included:
• 6‑week circuit‑style program
• Small group support
• Focus on strength, breathing and general fitness

📍 Location: 1 Pierce Street, Moonah TAS

💰 Cost: $594 for the full 6‑week program ($99 per session)
*Initial assessment required for new clients (additional cost)

Weekly from 27 April – 1 June 2026

Tuesdays

We're taking referrals for ✨ OT Handwriting Assessments for TASC Reasonable Adjustments ✨

Do you have a student who might need extra time or support in the 2026 TASC exams for Years 11 & 12?

You may need to apply for 'reasonable adjustments' and our Occupational Therapists (OTs) can help by completing a face‑to‑face handwriting assessment in one of our clinics, followed by a written report to support your application.

Our No Limits Therapy Intensive Program is designed to support participants in developing meaningful skills through immersive, goal-oriented experiences in nature-based and group settings.

No Limits is tailored to individual goals, such as:
- Increasing sustained engagement in activities
- Identifying personal regulation tools
- Completing multi-step motor sequences
- Recognising and discussing body sensations and feelings
- Communicating needs and preferences with growing independence
- Collaborating in group problem-solving tasks
- Following instructions with reduced support

These programs offer a unique opportunity to build confidence, strengthen communication, and foster independence—all while having fun and connecting with others.
