Cosmelan is a topical depigmentation treatment — a masque applied in-clinic that’s left on for 6-12 hours, followed by a very strict structured home-care regimen using tyrosinase-inhibiting actives (usually a combination of things like kojic acid, azelaic acid, and vitamin C derivatives).

It targets melasma and post-inflammatory pigmentation by interrupting melanin production at the enzyme level, rather than just exfoliating pigment off the surface.

Everyone’s skin responds differently, so results aren’t guaranteed for every case , but for pigmentation that hasn’t responded to anything else, this is one of the more evidence-backed options we offer.
