Our Sydney team surprised one of our carers Billie-Jo, announcing her as the 2026 Direct Care Employee of the Year winner.

Billie-Jo has six years of experience in in the aged care and disability sector and has worked with Prestige for the last two years. She prides herself on making clients and their families feel at ease, bringing a great work ethic to every shift.

Billie-Jo was nominated by our Sydney Client Services team for exemplifying our value 'Create Trust'. Her award talks directly to her ability to create relationships and have genuine communication with others.

Her nomination read: ‘Billie-Jo is an invaluable member of our team. We deeply appreciate her efforts in building trust with our clients, colleagues, and the entire office team.’

Recently, we held our annual Prestige awards night. As part of our reward and recognition program, staff nominate each other for their dedication to company values.

We are proud to share our 2026 Office Employee of the Year - our IT Operations Manager, Mark!

Mark was nominated for the award for always being the first to jump in and help, managing to get things done quickly and without fuss. He constantly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is set up and running smoothly.

Mark is always so quick to help with queries and make everything easy to understand. Their support makes a huge difference to the team and keeps things running smoothly.
