I've been there.
Walking up every morning, doing my tapping, having my affirmations stuck to the shower where I speak them out loud.
Hey, I'm not saying it didn't work, it did. Until I stopped, or I got busy or I forgot.
It works until it doesn't and nobody talks about why.
Because your baseline doesn't change.
You can try and hype yourself up every day. You can try and talk yourself through every part of your day, but deep down if your beliefs don't match the outcome that you want, it is always going to feel like you're living in a rubberband world.
One moment it's good and then it springs back.
The long-term approach is to address the underlying beliefs. Shift your baseline, heal the part of you that really doesnt belief you are good enough (or whatever the belief is).
This is how we get results in my world.
We shift, we act and then we get the results.
