Sweet woman, do you feel distracted, overwhelmed, a little lost?
In need of some stillness and time to reconnect with yourself?
After months of the winter hibernation it’s time to shake things up and come play with somatic guide Kirsty May who is thrilled to be offering her women circles again to the ladies in Tamworth and surrounding areas.
The same liberating, empowering and embodiment work just a new location.
A space where women get to step away from their busy mind and overloaded to do list and drop into their bodies and reconnect with the woman underneath all the roles.
And before you think isn’t for you. You don’t need to be experienced, mediated for 10 years already, you don’t even need to know what you are doing.
You just need to come with an open heart and a pulse to come back home to your essence.
For one hour, come as you hour and be curious as you explore simple practices.
Breath - learn to take those deep belly and womb breaths. Helping you to get out of your head and connect with your inner knowing.
Sound- give your voice some power. Make sounds you would usually bite your tongue for. Be silly, be wild, be weird, be expressive.
Move - close your eyes and let your heart lead and your body be free. Allowing to move the way it wants too without constriction without judgement.
Self touch- use nurturing self touch to help you to feel safe in your body to explore your wild expression.
