Why I Created Keep A Lid On It – Real Talk, No Filter
So here’s the truth bomb 💣 you didn’t ask for but probably need…

I didn’t wake up one day sipping herbal tea thinking:
“Oh wow, I should b

e a relationship therapist, trauma coach and Feng Shui fairy.”
Nah babe… I was broken, bruised, and DONE. Gaslighting. Narcissists in sheep’s clothing. And let’s not forget the cherry on top – being bashed emotionally and physically by people who called it "love." I did what we’re told to do:
Therapists, GPs, counsellors...
And while some were fab, others just handed me a box of tissues and a trauma label. But you know what I found? The only person who can truly hold me… is me. So I went all in. Studied. Healed. Screamed into a pillow. Burned some sage. Burned some bridges too. And built myself from the ground up, the way I needed.

🌼 Buds are not about the individual — they are about connection.
In a reading, buds often reflect the relationships around you, not just you alone.

By the end, nobody was just watching anymore.

How flowers speak through placement, condition, direction, and choice — not words.
🌸 Then we moved into live demonstrations:
Reading floral energy through selected blooms
Interpreting garden movement and plant density
Understanding emotional reflection through nature choice
And then the shift happened.

They chose their own flowers.
