A little bit about Anelle, our principal psychologist ☀️
At 33, as a psychologist, a devoted dog mum of two, and someone who treasures music and family time, I am deeply passionate about helping people move through trauma. Each day, I am reminded of the extraordinary courage it takes to face pain, and I consider it a profound privilege to walk alongside each and every one, as we navigate the healing journey.
My approach is rooted in lived experience and compassion, especially for those who are neurodiverse in a world that often feels built for someone else. I understand the subtle, persistent micro negative reinforcements—the small, daily reminders that you are different. These can be as impactful as any observable obstacle, and I am committed to creating a space where those experiences are seen, heard, and honored.
I find immense fulfillment in working alongside clients as we explore the diagnosis, untangling the threads of their story, toward a discover a deeper understanding of themselves. Together, we celebrate strengths, acknowledge challenges, and foster self-compassion. My training in EMDR, DBT, ACT, and CBT allows me to tailor my approach to each person, blending evidence-based techniques with heartfelt empathy.
Outside of my work, the joyful chaos of my two dogs, the comfort of music, and the warmth of family time ground me and remind me of the simple, healing power of connection. I bring that same spirit of connection into my practice, believing that healing happens not in isolation, but in the presence of understanding and acceptance.
Helping people move through trauma is not just my profession—it is my calling. I am honored to be part of each client’s journey, and I am continually inspired by the resilience and hope that I am so lucky to witness every day.
