Big congratulations to Construct Health patient Eli Pyziakos who has just finished his ACL rehab!

In September 2025, Eli sustained an ACL and lateral meniscus tear whilst playing rugby. Eli has worked extremely hard during his rehab under the guidance of his physio, Piper.

Welcome Darren

We’re excited to welcome our newest Physio - Darren Berrill - to the team!

With additional certifications in Dry Needling, Athletic Taping/Strapping, and Level 4 Trauma Management in Football, he brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on sporting expertise to the Construct Health Moranbah clinic.

With experience in private neurological rehabilitation and working with a semi-pro football club, Darren has a strong interest in treating lower limb conditions (hip, knee, foot & ankle), shoulder injuries, and neurological conditions.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find him playing Gaelic Football, resistance training, or exploring new places.

With a strong interest in Sports, Women’s Health, and Musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Donna brings a great mix of skills and passion to patient care. Donna also holds additional qualifications including Dry Needling, Clinical Rehab Pilates, Pelvic Floor Assessment, and Concussion Management.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Donna at the gym, travelling, hiking, or chilling by the beach.

Meet Nestor

Nestor has several years experience delivering high quality physio treatments from both private practices and with sporting teams across Spain, Portugal, UK and Australia. Nestor has special interests in lower back pain, knee and hip osteoarthritis, nerve injuries and chronic pain management as well as sporting and workplace injury management.

Outside of work, Nestor is a food lover and enjoys spending time outdoors. He also has a big passion for combat sports and is a keen Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner.

Meet Piper – Our Newest Physio to Join the Crew!

Piper has three years private practice experience seeing patients of a diverse patient caseload, from elite athletes to the elderly population and everything in between. She was also the head Physiotherapist for Women’s Souths Logan Magpies in the QLD cup.

In her spare time, Piper is a keen runner and even has her own run club in Brisbane.
