Seeing Emmeliah out on the court, representing wheelchair basketball with her own basketball in hand, makes my heart so incredibly proud.

Wheelchair basketball is about so much more than sport. It’s about inclusion, confidence, friendships, teamwork, determination and showing the world that a disability doesn’t define what you can achieve.

Every player brings something special to the court, and every opportunity to participate, belong and be part of a team makes a difference. Watching these incredible athletes do what they love is a beautiful reminder that sport is for EVERYONE! ♿

Here’s to breaking barriers, building confidence, making memories and proving that the only limits are the ones we put on ourselves! 🔥 🏀

This setup features a 440SQ rear-open, bilateral-bite pressure relief commode seat, paired with a rigid frame and red locking castors.

We hope you have the best day and get spoiled because you honestly deserve it! We feel so lucky to have you not only as Emmeliah’s basketball coach, but more importantly, as a friend.
Thank you for all the time, energy and heart you put into the team. You’re so much more than just their coach — you encourage them, believe in them, have a laugh with them and always seem to bring out the best in them.
It means more to us than you probably realise.
We’re so grateful for all the memories, laughs and good times, and we’re looking forward to plenty more of them!

SunCity Wheelers Moreton Bay have officially claimed GOLD at the 2026 Spartans Wheelchair Basketball Tournament!

Finishing with a 36–28 Grand Final victory against the Suncoast Spinners, our Moreton Bay crew have achieved something incredibly special.

Not only is this Moreton Bay’s FIRST GOLD, but it’s also the FIRST GOLD in SunCity Wheelers’ history! 🥹🏆

From starting SunCity to seeing our club grow, expand and now celebrate a milestone like this, we couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come.

A massive congratulations to every single player who represented us this weekend. You’ve made our entire SunCity family proud!

A huge thank you to the Spartans for hosting a fantastic tournament and to the Suncoast Spinners and every club involved for a brilliant weekend of wheelchair basketball.

Check out this awesome Bronco-inspired shower commode, ready for delivery! 🏉

Our client is a huge Broncos fan, so naturally, he wanted his shower commode to feature some colours inspired by his favourite team! We absolutely love bringing our clients’ personalities and preferences into their equipment.

This custom setup includes:

🏈 Split pressure-relief commode seat for open and rear access
🏈 Folding frame for easy transport and storage
🏈 Non-padded calf strap for added support

A little wheelchair makeover with a whole lot of pink! 💕🎀

We gave this wheelchair a complete revamp for a very special young girl!

First, we completely disassembled the chair, taking it right down so the frame could be given a fresh new look. We had the frame professionally powder coated in the prettiest pink, bringing some colour, personality and a little bit of magic to her chair.

Now comes the exciting part — putting it all back together!
Piece by piece, we’re carefully reassembling everything and bringing this beautiful chair back to life.

Because a wheelchair isn’t just a piece of equipment — it’s part of a young person’s independence, confidence and everyday adventures. And sometimes, a little pink can make it feel that much more theirs.

We can’t wait to see her reaction when she gets to see her revamped chair! 💗
