🌼 Female Disability Support Worker Wanted 🌼

Wattle Cares4U is a family-run disability support provider built on Christian values of love, kindness, honesty, integrity, and service to others.

We are looking for a caring and reliable female support worker who genuinely wants to make a difference in people’s lives.

📍 Wamuran & Beachmere

🕒 Current Hours Available:
• Various weekday shifts 3:00pm–6:00pm
• Tuesday 10:00am–2:00pm
• Additional hours available covering leave and sick shifts

Approximately 10 hours per week currently available, with opportunities for future growth as our organisation expands.

We are looking for someone who:
• Is compassionate and trustworthy
• Builds genuine relationships with clients and families
• Can think on their feet
• Remains calm and patient when challenges arise
• Wants meaningful work, not just a job

Essential:
• Driver Licence & reliable vehicle
• Blue Card
• NDIS Yellow Card
• First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Experience is valued, but character, integrity, and a genuine heart for supporting others are equally important.
