Hello! Happy Saturday 🌿.

We are thrilled to invite you to our transformative Friday Evening Sound Journey.

We're excited to share that our sessions will now take place at our serene new location: Soul Support Holistic Wellness Studio, 18 Newcastle Street, Morisset NSW 2264.

Book your spot now through our booking link - limited to 6 spots available.

Adults: $30 per person plus a booking fee; Children (10+): $10 per person plus a booking fee.

Join us Fridays from 6:30 pm to 8pm, starting June 26th.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle into the peaceful space.

Our Sound Journeys offer a profoundly relaxing experience combining guided meditation and therapeutic sound healing using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, didgeridoo, flutes, and gongs. Open to everyone aged 10 years and over, our sessions provide a safe space for deep relaxation and healing.

What to bring: a water bottle, journal and pen (optional), and comfortable layered clothing. We provide yoga mats, blankets, and pillows in our air-conditioned space.

Our Sound Journeys are designed to support those experiencing stress and anxiety, emotional overwhelm and burnout, sleep difficulties related to stress, grief and loss, separation and life transitions, depression and fear, and anyone seeking deep relaxation and personal wellbeing.

Sound Journeys complement medical and psychological care, supporting your existing wellbeing practices.
