Good morning 😃
Today, I want to take a moment to acknowledge all the fathers I’ve have/had the privilege of knowing, and all the family and friends who support, encourage and hold space for the role of being a dad. 🌻🙏🏼

Being a father can look so many different ways. It can be in the big moments, the little moments, the lessons, the sacrifices, the laughter, the patience and sometimes simply being there.

At the heart of it, I think we all share the same human need… to be heard, seen, appreciated, respected and, most importantly, LOVED. ❤️

So today, wherever you are and whatever this day looks like for you, I hope you feel that love.

This week at Soul Support - Holistic Wellness studio. Located in Morisset.

Tuesday night. We have Shamanic Breathwork 6:30-8:30pm (2h)w cacao and live instruments for integration.

Friday night we have our Meditation and Sound Journey w instruments only 6:30-8pm (1.5h).

Sunday afternoon we are at Central Coast Spiritual Church/Group. Co hosting the afternoon with the lovely soul family and together we will be taking everyone on a sound journey to navigate deep soul searching questions you might be feeling.. it’s Free (2pm-4pm)
