It continues to amaze me just how many lessons I learn for myself through interactions with others. Did anyone else pause and reflect on this for a while?!

The stages of grief do not have set time durations, and sometimes we zig-zag between the different stages. It is definitely not a linear process. It's normal to feel alone during this process, but lots of love and support helps the pain.
