As the season slowly shifts, May is a good time to pay a little more attention to how you’re feeling.
Energy can change, routines can feel heavier, and the colder, greyer days can make it easier to disconnect from the habits that support us most.

Not to do more — but to support yourself a little more intentionally before winter arrives.
Small habits, slower moments, nourishing meals, fresh air, movement, rest. The little things often make the biggest difference.
