May notes ♥️

As the season slowly shifts, May is a good time to pay a little more attention to how you’re feeling.

Energy can change, routines can feel heavier, and the colder, greyer days can make it easier to disconnect from the habits that support us most.

These are a few simple things to bring with you this month.
Not to do more — but to support yourself a little more intentionally before winter arrives.

Small habits, slower moments, nourishing meals, fresh air, movement, rest. The little things often make the biggest difference.

Choose one or two that resonate with you and bring them into your days.

For me, it’s slowing down my evenings and being more intentional with how I support my daily energy.

Wellness, simplified, is coming back to the foundations your body and mind need to feel safe and strong 🤍

When everything feels confusing, chaotic, or overwhelming, it’s easy to think you need to do more: more routines, more supplements, more rules.

But most of the time, you don’t. You need to come back to what actually supports you: Sleep, Movement, Nutrition, Mindful moments.

These are the foundations of your energy, your mood, and how you feel in your body.

This is what I would focus on to simplify my wellness journey — supporting both my body and my mind.

Seeing familiar faces coming back each week and committing to their movement practice is honestly the most beautiful thing.

This is more than just a workout — it’s a moment in the week to slow down, move with intention, and connect with our body and with others.

The start of a new month is always a good moment to pause and check in with yourself. In April the days become shorter, routines shift, and it can be a good moment to notice where you are and what might support you moving forward.

Here are five simple things to bring with you this month.
Nothing drastic — just small habits and reminders that can help you feel more grounded and present, reconnect with yourself, and find clarity as you move through the rest of the year.

ILIO Club Wellness Pilates officially launched on Tuesday, and I am still feeling all the feelings 🤍

Eleven beautiful souls came to move with me, connect, and share the beginning of this journey. The energy in the room was something truly special, and I honestly don’t have the words to fully describe how incredible it felt.

A few months ago this was just a dream, a vision slowly forming. On Tuesday, it finally became real.

I feel deeply grateful, humbled, and incredibly thankful for every single person who showed up to support me, move with me, and be part of this beginning.

This is only the first step of a beautiful journey. I can’t wait to see where it leads, how it grows, and all the people it will bring together along the way.

Grateful beyond words. Thank you for being part of the beginning of ILIO Club Wellness Pilates. I look forward to continue moving together 🤍

I’m so excited to finally share this. I’m launching my own Pilates classes with ILIO Club Wellness 🤍

The idea behind these classes is very simple — creating a supportive space where we can move regularly, reconnect with our bodies, and build a consistent and mindful movement routine.

To celebrate the launch, the first two classes are free so you can come, meet me, and experience the classes.

Over time I realised that the habits I repeat every day shape my energy, my mindset, and how I move through life.
I call them my Non-Negotiables — the small practices that make me feel and be the very best version of myself, and make me glow from the inside out.

They are not strict rules, but daily commitments to myself and my wellbeing.

And when life feels uncertain, they become my anchors. I naturally return to them because they keep me grounded and clear.

Do you already have a non-negotiable habit?
Maybe one of these can become part of your daily practice — you only need one, repeated consistently.

ILIO Club Wellness is simplified wellness 🤍
A place that inspires you to slow down, move, nourish, and care for yourself in ways that feel right for you, without pressure or perfection.

ILIO Club Wellness comes from my own journey, a season of burnout, disconnection, and the need to find myself again. It began as a way for me to reconnect with myself and my body, turning to simple rituals that helped me feel grounded, present, slow down and discover myself again.

From there, ILIO Club Wellness became a space I’ve been quietly building ~ a soft, grounded corner of wellness shaped by intentional movement, mindful nutrition, and everyday practices that support balance and presence. Here, I share the practices, rhythms, and little rituals that light up my days and help me feel my best self.

I want this to be a space for you to find inspiration, support, balance, and encouragement ~ a quiet reminder that you’re not alone on your journey, we’re all here learning, growing, and finding balance together.

I believe in sunshine, slow mornings and long walks by the sea. In sunrises, nourishing food, and moving my body daily — not to achieve, but to feel good.

I love the sea and the healing power of nature, early morning sunlight, moments of stillness, and the feeling of new beginning that come with every new day. These are the simple things that fill my cup — they remind me what it means to live with intention, to care for myself gently, and to find beauty in the small moments 🤍
