🌿🥕 Garden to Plate – Veggie Patch Update 🥬🌞

Exciting things are happening in our veggie patch! 🌱✨ We’ve been busy getting things ready for some upcoming works as part of our “Garden to Plate” program.

This space will continue to grow into a hands-on learning area where we can plant, care for, and eventually harvest fresh produce to use in our kitchen 🍅🥒🌿 It’s a fantastic way to learn new skills, enjoy the outdoors, and see the full journey from garden to plate.

We can’t wait to see the veggie patch come to life over the coming weeks and watch everything start to grow! 🌼💚

🌞🍔🎉 Garden Bingo & BBQ Lunch 🎉🍔🌞

The sunshine made the perfect setting for a relaxed and social day, with plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and great company during bingo 🎱✨ Everyone got involved and had a fantastic time cheering each other on.

Afterwards, we enjoyed a tasty BBQ lunch together 🍔🌭🥗 — a perfect way to finish off a fun and engaging activity-filled day.

Kerry did a fantastic job making pipe cleaner flowers! 🌼✨

Kerry showed great creativity and focus while twisting and shaping the pipe cleaners into bright, colourful flowers. The finished pieces turned out beautifully and really brought some extra colour and joy to the session 💜🌈

Participants had a beautiful visit to Arthur’s Seat 🌄 The views were absolutely stunning, overlooking the coastline and rolling hills — such a perfect reminder of how lucky we are to have these amazing places so close to home 💙

It was a lovely opportunity to get out in the fresh air, enjoy some sunshine, and take in the peaceful surroundings. Everyone really enjoyed the experience and made some great memories along the way 😊
