Most people stop when it starts to feel hard (I did too!)
Not when it stops being effective.
Thereās a big difference between training
and just moving weight around.
You donāt need to hit failure every set,
but if you never get close, donāt expect much to change š«£
Aim to finish most working sets with 1-3 reps left in the tank.
Thatās where progress actually happens.
Train with intent, not just to tick a box, it makes a difference šš¼
