Watch me fail šŸ‘‰
Most people stop when it starts to feel hard (I did too!)

Not when it stops being effective.

There’s a big difference between training
and just moving weight around.

You don’t need to hit failure every set,
but if you never get close, don’t expect much to change 🫣

Aim to finish most working sets with 1-3 reps left in the tank.
That’s where progress actually happens.

Train with intent, not just to tick a box, it makes a difference šŸ™ŒšŸ¼

Most women stay in the comfortable zone for too long.

Light weights
High reps
Never really challenging themselves

But your body only changes when it has a reason to.

If you want to build muscle, support your metabolism and actually get stronger you need resistance that challenges you.

Try this simple exercise:

Bicep curls šŸ’ŖšŸ¼
3 x 6-8 reps
Last reps should feel harddddddd..
Close to failure and just keep repeating week after week until you can go heavier šŸ˜‰

A few days away doesn’t undo your results.
But it does expose your habits 🫣

If your routine is built well:

• You’ll still train
• You’ll still make decent food choices
• You won’t feel the need to ā€œstart againā€

That’s the goal.

A few simple ways to keep things on track without overthinking it:

• Start your day with protein (build meals around it, not carbs/fats)
• Get something in, even 30-40 mins is enough (it doesn’t need to be perfect)
• Walk more (steps add up quickly when you’re away)
• Don’t ā€œsave caloriesā€ ALL day, it usually backfires at night
• Eat what you enjoy, just don’t turn every meal into a free for all

You don’t need to be stricter on holidays.
You just need to keep the basics.. that’s what makes results stick šŸ«¶šŸ¼

Most women don’t need to do more… they need to do less, better.

If you’re feeling stuck right now, it’s probably not because you’re not trying hard enough.

It’s usually:
• Doing too much cardio
• Training hard but with no real structure
• Eating all over the place during busy weeks
• Thinking it has to be ā€œall in or nothingā€

What actually works (and what I focus on with my clients):
• 3-4 solid strength sessions a week
• Simple, repeatable meals (nothing fancy)
• Walking more, not smashing yourself
• Progressing lifts over time

It’s not sexy.
It’s the same movements, the same habits, the same patterns… repeated.

But that’s what gets results.

I’m happy if my clients just walk out feeling better than when they walked in..stronger & clearer

If you’re in a season where everything feels hard…
strip it back, keep it simple and just keep showing up.

That’s the difference šŸ¤

Most people don’t need a harder workout… they need a better one.

Slow reps.
Controlled tension.
Actually feeling the muscle you’re trying to train.
Don’t be afraid of the burn

Throwing weights around might make you sweaty…
but it won’t build the physique you’re chasing.

Train with intention šŸ‘€šŸ™ŒšŸ¼

Same body. Same day.
One posed. One relaxed. One real life.

A little reminder that Instagram is angles, lighting and highlight reels.
Not just with bodies… with life too.

Social media is full of posing and ā€œpicture perfectā€ moments but that’s not real life.
You never truly know what someone is going through behind their Instagram… and this is a perfect example of how different reality can look in seconds.

Your life isn’t meant to be perfect 24/7 either.
Too many expectations and too many comparisons…

Too many young girls are growing up thinking this is normal, when really it’s a warped version of reality.

Your body isn’t meant to be perfect, it’s meant to be strong, healthy and lived in ..and life is filled with ups and downs šŸ¤

Stay in your lane.
Comparison steals joy šŸ«¶šŸ¼
