This is exactly why we created our postnatal day retreat.

One of the loveliest things about running our postnatal day retreat is hearing what it actually meant to the mums who came.

One mum told us:
“I thought it was a really valuable day and I’m so glad I attended. You’ve created something that fills a genuine gap for new mums, and I’d definitely be interested in attending again in future.”

That’s the goal, a space that actually meets new mums where they are, not another thing to add to the to-do list.

Our next couple of dates are fully booked, but follow the link in our bio to find out more or register interest!

Fair enough, women’s health care is fragmented almost everywhere else, so it’s a reasonable question. Here’s a guide, but we are always happy to take the time and help guide your journey:

GP/Specialist: investigations, diagnosis, medication, referrals, medical management.

Dietitian: nutrition for hormonal, digestive, or metabolic symptoms

Naturopath: whole-body, holistic hormone and lifestyle support

Osteopath: pain, mobility, pregnancy/postpartum body changes

Acupuncturist: pain management, cycle regulation, nervous system support.

You don’t need to solve this alone, that’s what an MDT clinic is for.

Not sure where to start? Get in touch and we’ll point you the right way.

There’s no shortage of pregnancy advice — but not all of it is designed for you.

Trusted, consistent, evidence-based education can make all the difference to how you feel and the decisions you make along the way.

At Bundle Women’s Health, education is not an ‘add on’, it is one of our core pillars of care.

We guide you through each stage, so you decide with confidence.

Join one of our full day (including lunch and snacks for you and your partner!) bump, birth and beyond workshops and be feel confident in what’s to come.

Our next workshop is Sunday 30th August 2026 and it is filling fast! Follow the link in our bio for details and to book 🫶🏻

That sudden jerk-awake moment (hello, Moro reflex) happens more easily when baby’s a little chilly — and once they’re startled, getting back to sleep can take a while. This time of year can be extra tricky, your little one is waking frequently (and they are well fed and burped!) there’s a chance they might be cold.

A snug 2.5 tog zip swaddle keeps baby comfortably warm through winter nights, gently containing that startle reflex so it’s less likely to wake them fully. No fiddly wrapping, no blankets working loose — just zip up and go.

Warmer baby, calmer sleep, more settled stretches for everyone.

We have beautiful zip swaddles available at Bundle House or DM and we can organise a delivery 🫶🏻

Something has changed in how women’s pain gets treated in Australia.

The government’s endometriosis and pelvic pain clinics have expanded, and for the first time, that funding explicitly includes allied health support, not just GP and specialist appointments.

That matters, because pain doesn’t live in one department. A body dealing with endo or chronic pelvic pain often needs a team: someone managing inflammation through food, someone working on the musculoskeletal side, someone addressing the nervous system’s role in pain.

This is exactly how we’ve always worked at Bundle, it’s just nice to see the system catching up.

DM “TEAM” and we’ll walk you through who’s involved in a multidisciplinary pain plan.

Breastfeeding is natural, but that doesn’t always mean it’s easy.

Some families find feeding comes easily.
For others, it can involve sore ni***es, concerns about milk supply, cluster feeding, mastitis, tongue tie assessments, expressing, supplementation or simply needing reassurance that things are on track.

None of these challenges mean you’re failing.

World breastfeeding week may have come to an end, but for us, every week is about finding the support that helps families reach their own feeding goals.

Whether that’s exclusive breastfeeding, combination feeding or finding the safest plan for you and your baby, our role is to provide evidence-based care without judgement.

Because every parent deserves to feel supported—not pressured.

Behind every breastfeeding journey is a support team.

This year’s World Breastfeeding Week reminds us that successful breastfeeding isn’t just about one parent—it’s about the people around them.

At Bundle, that support can include:
• Obstetricians preparing you before birth
• GPs helping with common breastfeeding concerns
• Pregnancy, birth and beyond education classes
• Paediatricians monitoring baby’s growth and feeding
• Midwives and lactation consultants providing early postnatal support
• Allied health practitioners caring for your physical and emotional wellbeing
• Postnatal day retreats for more comprehensive, hands on support (and some TLC!)

When healthcare professionals work together, families receive more coordinated, personalised care—and that’s exactly what every new parent deserves.

Because supporting breastfeeding means supporting the whole family.

🫶🏻 It takes a village. We’re honoured to be part of yours.

World Breastfeeding Week - this years theme is about building sustainable support systems, and this couldn’t align more with our Bundle values!

Preparing for breastfeeding doesn’t start in the hospital, it starts during pregnancy.

Learning what to expect, understanding normal newborn feeding behaviours, discussing your birth preferences and building your support network can help you feel more confident when your baby arrives.

Breastfeeding is a learned skill for both parent and baby, and it’s okay if it takes time.

At Bundle, we’re here to support you from pregnancy through the early newborn weeks with evidence-based, compassionate care.

Whether your feeding journey is straightforward or full of unexpected challenges, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

🫶🏻 every family deserves support.
🫶🏻 every feeding journey deserves respect.

Our lactation consultant offers antenatal breastfeeding appointments to educate and prepare, and feeding and newborn behaviour also forms part of our Bump to Birth pregnancy classes. Drop any questions below or DM for a chat 🫶🏻

Today we welcomed our first day retreat participants, a whole day of support, education and TLC for 3 mother & baby pairs. Our team had the best day holding these mothers and babies and we can’t wait to welcome the next group through… a couple of spots left for our August 12th retreat - link in bio for more info 🫶🏻

The vision was always really clear - to give women a single familiar, trusted, safe and welcoming place to navigate some of life’s biggest milestones.

Where like minded practitioners could come together and genuinely collaborate, sharing care, widening the support offering, and learning from each other a long the way.

Watching how people interact and experience our new space has been so wonderful and hearing how people feel like they are “bundled” up and cared for means we are achieving our goal.
