A full day of support, guidance and care sound like something you could really benefit from but worried about the cost? If you’ve reached the Medicare safety net (and if you’ve paid obstetrician fees this year, chances are you have) this full day retreat is probably not out of reach.

If you’ve got any questions about fees, suitability for your circumstances or what the day includes, follow the link in our bio or reach out for a chat.

What’s more - it doesn’t matter where you are located or where you birthed, if you can get to Mornington for the day - this is open to you 🫶🏻

Bringing your baby home is exciting, beautiful, overwhelming, and sometimes a little daunting too.

Our caring team answers some of the questions we hear most often from new mums:

What do you wish every mum knew before leaving hospital?

What are the “baby blues” and how are they different from postnatal depression?

How can you tell if feeding is going well?

There is so much information out there, and it can be hard to know what is normal and when to seek support. Our goal is to provide trusted, evidence-based guidance so you can feel informed, supported and confident as you navigate those early weeks with your baby.

Remember: you don’t need to have all the answers, and you don’t need to do it alone. 🫶🏻

Thanks to our wonderful practitioners midwife Megan, psychologist Dr Nicole Canin and GP IBCLC Dr Emily Amos for answering some of your questions…. Have a question you’d like us to cover in a future FAQ? Leave it below

We know the early postnatal period can feel overwhelming, and that routine check-ups don’t always allow enough time to address everything you’re going through.

That’s why we focus on both education and support. Empower ahead of time, and hold if it still feels too much. We’ve created:

🫶🏻 Pregnancy education classes - birth preparation, feeding, pelvic floor, mental health, newborn behaviour
🫶🏻 Postnatal support group - connect with other new mums, guided by our clinicians
🫶🏻 1:1 newborn support consults - stop, breath, have someone take the time to sit, listen and offer some guidance
🫶🏻 Day stay postnatal support - extended, hands-on care for when you need more than a quick appointment.

Backed by evidence that early identification and intervention for perinatal mental health, feeding challenges and physical recovery leads to better outcomes for mums and babies.

We believe in providing evidence-based expert led education so that women and their families are empowered to make confident health decisions - but we want to reach more of you!

That’s why we’ve taken our Bump to Birth series and turned it into a weekend workshop! A fully loaded and immersive Sunday, filled with USEFUL pregnancy, birth and newborn education.

There are 4 workshops for the rest of 2026 (all the same so pick one that aligns best with your due date!) and everyone is welcome. You don’t need to be a Bundle patient, it doesn’t matter what type of hospital you are birthing in or what number baby you are having - if you want to feel more informed and confident, this is for you (and your partner/support person).

So share with a friend or relative who you think might benefit, booking links for all dates are in our bio and these groups will be kept intentionally small so that you get the most out of each session so lock your spot in soon!!

Sometimes, especially when it already feels like we are in the trenches, it is hard to find the words. Sometimes we are too deep in it, to see what’s really happening to us.

Perinatal depression and anxiety affects 1 in 5 Australian mothers. 1 IN 5. Let that sink in.

The perinatal period encompasses pregnancy through to about 12 months postpartum. Mental health struggles can hit in a hundred different ways, they can be small and they can be significant but they all matter and they all need support.

If this sounds like you, or someone you might know, support is available. Left alone the implications for mother, child and the whole family unit can be significant.

You are enough, and you are doing an amazing job 🫶🏻

Whether to help boost supply, create a freezer stash, allow for return to work planning, a hands free breast pump is essential!

Many mums will use it every morning as part of their routine - put it in while emptying the dishwasher or doing kinder drop offs… it’s that discreet, no one will know!

Available to collect from Bundle House (109 Tanti Ave, Mornington). We also have a range of other breastfeeding support products so DM if you have any questions or want to know what else we have available 🫶🏻
