The excitement has worn off.

Now we get into the thick of it. We got a long way to go, and this is where the reps become really important.

I find doing them in the morning helps more as the longer the day goes on, the more opportunities you have for your mind to opt out.

Discipline is showing up and putting the reps in the bank when you cannot be fu**ed.
