Not everyone enjoys being on the dance floor—and that's okay! 💙

At All Abilities in Action, we'll also have a dedicated Creative Craft Zone where attendees can relax, get creative and enjoy some hands-on activities at their own pace.

Whether you'd like a break from the music, enjoy arts and crafts, or simply want a calm activity to focus on, our craft station will be open throughout the day.

Aidacare is one of Australia's leading providers of healthcare equipment, assistive technology and rehabilitation services, supporting people to live more independently and confidently in their everyday lives.

On the day, attendees will have the opportunity to meet the Aidacare team and learn more about:

✔ Mobility equipment and aids
✔ Wheelchairs and mobility scooters
✔ Walking frames and daily living supports
✔ Assistive technology solutions
✔ NDIS-funded equipment and services

Whether you're looking for information for yourself, a family member or someone you support, Aidacare will be available to answer questions and provide guidance.

🧶🎨 Creativity, colour, and connection with the South Coasters! 🎨🧶

Last Friday, the Wonthaggi group had a wonderful time creating these colourful wool wall art pieces. Each artwork turned out uniquely different, showcasing everyone's creativity and personal style. 🌈✨

As always, there were plenty of laughs, great conversations, and opportunities to connect while having fun together. That's what our Social Support Groups are all about. 💛

We're pleased to welcome Gippsland Water to All Abilities in Action 💙

As part of our commitment to connecting the community with useful information and support, Gippsland Water will be joining us on the day with team members available to assist attendees directly.

They can help with:

💧 Setting up flexible payment plans
💧 Adding concession details to accounts
💧 Information about the Utility Relief Grant Scheme
💧 Answering questions about water accounts and available support options

With many individuals and families continuing to feel the effects of rising living costs, we're grateful to have Gippsland Water available to provide practical support and information in a friendly, face-to-face setting.

Last Friday, the South Coasters enjoyed a delicious Chinese lunch at Dumpling Plaza. The afternoon was filled with good conversation, lots of laughs, and of course a few shenanigans along the way! 💛

Days like these are what our Social Support Groups are all about, connecting with others, enjoying new experiences, and having fun together in a welcoming and supportive environment.

We’re excited to welcome Connect in Gippsland and EmpowerED to All Abilities in Action 💙

While the day is all about fun, creativity, music and community connection, it’s also a great opportunity to learn about local supports that may benefit you, your family or someone you care for.

🤝 Connect in Gippsland is a linkages program. It supports people who care for someone with a disability and also provide individual support to young people with disability, aged 16-25. It connects people across Gippsland to services and supports in their communities, based on their needs and interests, with the aim of improving their wellbeing.

💙 EmpowerED is an education program about respect, rights and relationships run for, by and with people with a cognitive disability.

Both Connect in Gippsland and EmpowerED are part of the Prevention Team at the Gippsland Centre against Sexual Assault (GCASA).

🎨✨ Creativity on display with the Latrobe Valley Venturers! ✨🎨

Last Wednesday, the group enjoyed hot pies for lunch and a special moment seeing their finished artworks from May for the very first time. 💛

Each piece was completely unique, showcasing the creativity, personality, and imagination that went into every pour, swirl, and design. It was wonderful to see the finished results and celebrate everyone's artistic efforts.

By the look of the artworks, everyone poured a little bit of themselves into their creation, and the results are fantastic! 🌈

Well done to all our talented artists. 👏
