I wrote an article about naturopathic treatments for eczema in “experth” Jan - Feb issue.

Here is the summery.

Eczema can be triggered by food, particularly common foods are wheat and dairy products. Plus other certain foods can trigger each individual. Eliminating these are very important. These foods can be identified in my clinic.

To ease the itchiness and redness of the skin, you can try a few things.

🧚🏻‍♀️pH neutral body soap instead of soap
🧚🏻‍♀️Moisturiser straight after shower or bath
🧚🏻‍♀️Oatmeal bath - blend 1 cup oatmeal to powder, wrap it with muslin fabric, tie it to the running tap and soak your body in it for about 20 minutes
🧚🏻‍♀️Shower filter to remove Chlorine
🧚🏻‍♀️Natural fabrics instead of synthetic materials for clothing

I found many people suffer from eczema and hope these tips help.
