We held our 2hr free wellness experience on Saturday as an introduction for participants to get a taste of the holistic wellness offerings available here at HCFH.

Three activities were included:

* MIND - mindfulness in our beautiful woodland
* BODY - a mini sound bath and intro into frequency & vibrational healing
* SOUL - calm, curious time with the horses

It was a lovely day, with most people saying how much more they'd got from their time here than they had expected.

This is an annual event. Keep an eye out for next year's date!

Every session is unique! This wasn't the first time we've had a participant move off the table, but it was offered /requested by the horses and gratefully received.

Profound grounding and unexpected releases often occur during these magical experiences.

Equine therapy usually follows procedures and structured approaches, with outcome goals in mind. There are mounted approaches (which involve riding), and ground-based approaches (working alongside the horse).

In Somatic sessions with the horses we work with your body & your nervous system. It is ground-based only, and outcomes are undefined, and often completely unexpected - in a mindblowingly awesome way!
