Been wondering what actually happens when you come for the first time?

Let me walk you through it.

You arrive. You are greeted by some of the warmest, most welcoming people you have ever met. Nobody is judging you. Nobody is comparing you. Nobody expects you to be at a certain fitness level.

You are just welcomed in.

Then we move.

The session will challenge you and meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are returning after years away, managing an injury, navigating perimenopause, or already pretty active. We adjust things to suit you every single time.

Our goal is not to leave you wrecked.

Birthday week wrapped! 🎂🧡

What a week it was.

Baby photos. Golden stars. Bingo cards. A nutrition night that went way longer than planned because the questions were so good. The most creative water bottles ever assembled in one place. A Friday that took us straight back to the 90s. A Saturday full of fitness games, birthday cake, coffee, and a giveaway that made someone’s entire year.

And through all of it, you. The community that makes every single session worth showing up for.

Six years of Fresh Fitness. Six years of this.

I could not be more grateful that it gets to be with you!

👉She never thought she'd be the person doing 6am sessions, beach mornings, bushwalks or training through winter...

💙Today she became the first female member at Fresh Fitness to reach 500 sessions! And she's always looked fabulous doing it!

Jenny joined us back in 2021, and while 500 sessions is an incredible achievement in itself, I think what I love most is everything that's happened between those sessions.

Like many women, Jenny first started exercising from a place of wanting to burn off food and change her body. But over time I’ve watched her relationship with movement shift.
Less "I need to work this off" and more "I want to be strong for the long term."

And that shift opened doors.

Jenny is someone who loves her sleep and once never imagined herself getting up for a 6am session... yet she set herself a goal and did it.

🏖She’s gotten up early for beach sessions, gotten sandy, gotten wet and embraced it.

She’s joined us for bushwalks - something she’d always wanted to do but never quite got around to. Now her husband often joins in too.

She’s become a grandma for the first time, and staying strong, healthy and able to keep up with him (and future grandchildren!) matters deeply to her.

❄️She once told me she would never train through winter… and while the sessions might look different, she still shows up.

There have been injuries. There’s been illness. There have been overseas trips.

And every single time, Jenny comes back.
500 sessions isn't just 500 workouts.
It's 500 choices. 500 times showing up. 500 deposits into your future self.

This morning after I gave Jenny her jumper she said:
"As long as you're running sessions, I'll be there."

Jenny, we are so proud of you! Thank you for trusting us, stepping outside your comfort zone, embracing things you never thought you'd do and being such an important part of our Fresh family, and also for b your friendship.

She told me on our call that she had no idea what she wanted from the program.

She just knew she was tired.

Tired of feeling like her body was working against her. Tired of trying things that used to work and getting nothing back. Tired of putting herself at the bottom of the list and wondering why she felt invisible in her own life.

So we started there.

Not with goals. Not with measurements. Not with a fitness assessment that would have made her feel more behind than she already did.

We started with that.

With where she actually was. With what was actually going on. With what 28 days of feeling genuinely supported not just physically but wholly, could mean for her life.

By the end of that call she had a focus. A plan. And for the first time in a long time, a starting point that felt doable instead of overwhelming.
