Create in Love, Beauty and Colour Mini Workshop

Sunday the 15th of November 2026 from 2pm until 5pm
Our theme for this mini workshop is "Love, Beauty & Colour"

"You are the Colour you Choose"

This fun interactive workshop is designed to give you the afternoon to completely immerse yourself in self-care & self-love.

In order to completely love yourself and who you are, you first need to understand who you are.

We are looking to open the door to trust, to let go of judgement and fear to truly find the freedom and love in who you are. Colour can give you some profound insights, knowledge and understanding of yourself.

It takes courage to show up in honesty, integrity and compassion for yourself. This is part of a learning experience to embrace and honor your true self in all of your magnificence. I invite you to join us, and to show up for yourself, because you really do matter! The light that you hold, is needed, you have permission to shine brightly ♥

This is a fun get together where you will get actively involved in experiencing yourself through colour.

There is no set rules for where this may take you in your exploration.

The idea is to 'play' with the energies of colour and see what they mean for you.

Colour can be a powerful tool for self expression and understanding.

WHAT TO EXPECT

- We will be using the beautiful Aura Soma bottles in this session. You will get to choose some of these bottles to play with for the afternoon.
- There will be a guided meditation to clear the mind
- We will use a beautiful Pomander at the beginning of the day
- We will use a beautiful Quintessence later in the day, so that you can experience the lovely energies of the Aura Soma colour system.
- You will get a reference book, which will give you the opportunity to record the details of your experience.
- We will look at what the energies and colours of the bottles hold for you.
- You will explore these colours and energies through looking at the Chakra's
- We will be in a group setting with like minded people - which means you will be sharing your experience with others and they will be sharing with you. This gives you and others a valuable opportunity to observe, to gain understanding, insight, a different perspective and potentially a greater connection to your own innate wisdom.

This is a mindful expression of yourself though colour, it will help you to dive deeper into your own personal self discovery experience.

We will be looking at what the vibrations and colour energies hold specifically for you. In this space you will feel fully supported for whatever it is that you experience on the day.

We hope that you leave the day with a deeper insight into yourself.
