It’s making me feel yuck how much time I spend online. This year I’m inviting back in hand written journal entries (morning pages ), records, old school movies, reading real books 📚, gardening and prioritising real world experiences over digital scrolling. If I had a dollar for every woman told “your TSH is normal so your thyroid is fine”… I’d own a yacht, three pilates studios, and a small Greek island by now. 🏝️✨

Let’s be clear:
TSH is not your thyroid.
TSH is your brain sending a memo — and half the time the memo is delayed, missing pages, or written by someone who hasn’t slept in 10 years.

You can have “perfect” TSH and still be:
🔥 exhausted
🔥 gaining weight for no reason
🔥 losing hair (outer brows included… iconic)
