As the sun sets today, I just wanted to take a moment to wish all of our Dads, and all of the souls who have stepped up to play the role of Dad in our lives, a very Happy Father’s Day. 💙

And may we also take a moment to remember the Dads who are no longer here in physical form, but who continue to watch over you from Spirit.

For some, today may be filled with love, laughter and beautiful memories, while for others it may bring a sense of sadness or longing.

Whatever today brings for you, may you find comfort in the memories you hold close to your heart, and may you feel the love that never truly leaves us.

Sending love to all the Dads, the stepdads, the father figures, and the Dads in Spirit. 💙✨

✨Living in Your Light✨

“I trust my inner light. I honour who I am. I choose to live authentically, courageously and with love.”

There comes a point where remembering your light is no longer enough.

We have to begin to live from it.

Living in your light doesn’t mean every day will be easy. It doesn’t mean you will never feel afraid, lost or uncertain.

It means that even in those moments, you choose not to abandon yourself.

✨You listen to your intuition.
✨You honour your feelings.
✨You trust your own knowing.
✨You give yourself permission to be exactly who you are.

You don’t need permission from anyone else to be yourself and you certainly don’t need to dim your light to make someone else feel comfortable.

Living in your light is choosing authenticity over approval, peace over proving yourself, and courage when fear tells you to stay small.

Your light doesn’t need to illuminate the entire path.

You only need enough light to take the next step.

Trust that.

🌕 August Full Moon Group Distance Reiki Gift 🌕

The August Full Moon is almost here, arriving on Friday 28th August at 2:18pm (AEST).

This beautiful Full Moon falls in the astrological sign of Pisces, inviting us to trust our intuition, lead with compassion and empathy, and allow our creativity to flow.

As with every Full Moon, this is a powerful time of illumination and release. Things that may have been hidden can come into the light, giving us the opportunity to see our lives from a different perspective.

It can be a beautiful time to let go of old beliefs, limiting patterns, relationships or habits that no longer align with who we are becoming.

This Full Moon also reminds us to look towards the future with hope, inspiration and an open heart. To dream a little bigger, trust where we are being guided and remember that even the smallest shifts can create meaningful change. ✨

🤲 I will be gifting the August Full Moon Group Distance Reiki Energy on Friday 28th August at 3:30pm (AEST).

Please note that I won’t be able to add anyone to the group after 2:00pm Friday, so please make sure you comment before then.

With Distance Reiki, all you need to do is be open to receiving the energy — I will do the rest.

There is no need to be awake, sitting quietly or to stop whatever you are doing. Reiki can gently flow to you wherever you are, whenever it is needed.
