🌟 Artist of the Month – Alex 🌟

This month we’re celebrating Alex as our Artist of the Month — and if you’ve ever spotted one of his incredible character costumes around town, you already know why.

Alex is exceptionally talented at creating life‑size character replicas, and he brings so much joy to the community every time he’s out and about wearing one. His creativity doesn’t stop there — he loves building and crafting all kinds of projects, always pushing himself to try something new.

Right now, we’re lucky enough to have a couple of Alex’s costumes on display in our Commercial St shop. Pop in, have a look, and see the amazing detail and imagination he puts into his work.

🌟 What a fun and fabulous time we’ve been having at Dream to Create! 🌟

Between making, baking and adventuring, our days have been full of creativity and good vibes. One of our absolute highlights was visiting 5GTR FM 🎙— Their commitment to creating a more inclusive space for people with disabilities is truly inspiring, and our crew loved being part of the excitement.🌸

🎉 We’ve celebrated some wonderful birthdays (always a favourite) 🎂 and this week, we’re giving a big, warm, heartfelt goodbye to our lovely Team Leader Coriena. She’s been such a bright part of our Dream to Create family, and while we’ll miss her, we’re cheering her on as she steps into her exciting next chapter. 💛

🌟 Artist of the Month – Elliza 🌟
We can hardly believe we’re already in the second half of the year — and what a perfect time to celebrate our Artist of the Month, Elliza.

Elliza is a wonderfully talented artist. Earlier this year, she proudly sold her artwork in the Art‑Ability Exhibition at the Mt Gambier Airport, showcasing her creativity to the wider community.

Pop into our Commercial St centre to see artwork and crafts from Elliza and our other talented participants. Their creativity brings so much colour and joy to Dream to Create.

🌟 Farewell to our much‑loved team member, Priya

We are preparing to say goodbye to Priya as she gets ready to begin an exciting new chapter in her life.

To celebrate her time with us so far, we enjoyed a delicious 🍕 pizza day and a wonderful visit from Little Animal Encounters 🐾 — the animals were a hit with everyone and brought plenty of smiles.

Priya will be with us for a couple more weeks, so please take a moment to say goodbye and wish her well when you see her 💛

She has been such a valued part of our team, and we will miss her dearly ✨ We wish her all the very best for the future. 💕

🎨Artist of the Month 👩‍🎨

Each month we showcase one of our talented artists. This month our Artist of the Month is Tessa.

Tessa is a passionate and creative individual who isn't afraid to stand up for what she believes in. With a strong interest in political topics, she enjoys thoughtful conversations and sharing her perspective both in person and through her social media.

Tessa has a love for horses and a natural talent for creating, especially through crochet, knitting and handmade pieces. She is also a writer, working on her own books and using her creativity to express her ideas and experiences.

Friendly, driven and always up for a meaningful chat. Tessa brings both creativity and confidence into everything she does. Be sure to stop by the shop at Dream to Create to check out Tessa's art and craft items.
