🚗 What You Need to Bring:

• A current Australian Driver’s Licence (essential).

• First Aid & CPR Certificates.

You’ve seen our adventures, our getaways, the laughs, the experiences and the memories… but what you might not see is everything that happens every single day behind the scenes. ❤️

At Limestone Coast Ability (LCA), we believe great support is about helping people live the life they choose — every day, in the way that works for them.

🏡 1:1 In-Home & Community Support
We can support you with all aspects of everyday living — from household tasks, shopping and cooking, to appointments, community access, building confidence, developing independence and working towards your individual NDIS goals.

🏠 Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Our SIL services provide 24/7 support tailored around the individual. We support people with the things they need throughout their day, while encouraging choice, independence, capacity building and meaningful participation in their own lives.

🌟 Individualised support — because one size does NOT fit all!

There is no cookie-cutter approach at LCA. We take the time to listen to the individual and their family, understand what is important to them and build support around their needs, their choices and their NDIS goals.

💙 Quality, trained and dedicated staff

Our team is highly trained, with ongoing professional development and training to ensure our staff continue to meet the high standards we expect at LCA.

As a Registered NDIS Provider, LCA is subject to regular, rigorous audits to ensure our systems, policies and practices meet the required NDIS standards and Code of Conduct.

All of our staff have the required NDIS Worker Screening Checks, First Aid and Working With Children Checks, and every staff member completes a comprehensive LCA induction.

Our induction and ongoing training covers not only our policies and procedures, but also human rights, choice and control, trauma-informed practice, dignity of risk, person-centred practice and so much more.

👥 Your support team knows you — and your Team Leader does too!

One of the things we are particularly proud of at LCA is that our Team Leaders work directly alongside clients in their homes and in the community.

This means they understand the people they support, the environment they live in and what works best for each individual. They are there to guide and support staff, pass on important information and help ensure each person has a dedicated team around them — with a Team Leader at the forefront when support or guidance is needed.

A quick break on the way home for some fresh air, a stretch of the legs and, of course, a little bit of fun! 😄🌿

After such a huge weekend of adventures, laughs and memories, it’s been a fantastic way to finish off our Adelaide getaway. A big Thankyou for all the staff involved !! These are a big weekend for everyone and each and everyone of you are amazing at what you do!! So massive thanks for making them the weekends they are and keeping everyone safe !!

🎆 After finishing up with the fireworks last night, it was straight to bed — heads hit the pillows and everyone was asleep in no time! 😴😂

What an awesome weekend of adventures the Getaway team has had! ❤️ So many laughs, new experiences, challenges, memories and plenty of fun along the way.

This morning it was time to pack up the vans, grab some lunch on the way out and start the journey homeward bound! 🚐🏡

We have a feeling the trip home is going to be a whole lot quieter than the trip over! 😂😴

What an incredible Adelaide adventure — we hope everyone has enjoyed following along as much as we’ve enjoyed sharing it! 💙

Our Adelaide Show thrill seekers are absolutely loving it! 🤩

From dodgem cars 🚗💨 and monster trucks 🚚🔥 to the biggest thrill-seeking rides… there’s definitely been some brave souls in the group! 🎢😱 (And some of us are firmly in the “no thank you!” camp 😂🙋‍♀️)

Add in Dagwood dogs 🌭, show treats, laughs and plenty of exploring, and our crew are experiencing everything the Royal Adelaide Show has to offer!

These Getaways are all about trying new things, making choices, building confidence, developing independence and creating memories and meaningful relationships along the way. ❤️

Now THIS is where the excitement really starts! 🙌😆

The guys have arrived and are already taking in everything the Royal Adelaide Show has to offer! There is SO much to see and explore — from the incredible exhibition pavilions to getting up close with the livestock 🐄🐑🐖🐓!

And… they haven’t even made it to the rides yet! 😱🎢

So stay tuned because we’re sure the next photos are going to show some VERY excited faces! 🎠🎡🎢

Our LCA Getaways are all about creating opportunities to experience new places, try new things, build confidence and independence, develop decision-making skills and make meaningful memories and friendships — all while having an absolute ball! 💙

🌅 Morning in Adelaide! 🌅

Breakfast of champions is ALWAYS on the menu at an LCA Getaway! 🍳🥓🥞🍓☕️

There was plenty to choose from this morning — bacon and eggs, pancakes, cereals, toast, fruit, spaghetti, fruit toast… and of course, juice and coffee to keep everyone fuelled! 😋

After breakfast, the team headed out to explore Westfield, enjoying some shopping, browsing and taking in the city atmosphere before returning to the accommodation for a well-earned break.

Then it was time for loaded hotdogs 🌭 for lunch — because you need plenty of fuel when you’ve got a big afternoon ahead!

🔥 Now we’re fuelled, rested and READY FOR THE ADELAIDE SHOW! 🎡🎢🎠

Our Getaways are about so much more than having fun. They provide opportunities to build independence, confidence, decision-making, daily living skills and meaningful relationships, all while experiencing new places and making memories along the way. 💙

😴 The Getaway Team certainly would have slept well last night! 😴

What a fantastic night of adventure, fun and plenty of laughs! ❤️

The team ventured into the city by tram, enjoyed a walk down Rundle Mall, and even managed to fit in a little push-up competition along the way! 💪😂

Then it was off to Hijinx Hotel, where everyone split into different groups to take on the challenge rooms and games. There were plenty of laughs, teamwork, friendly competition and some great moments along the way! 🎯🎮🙌

After all that excitement, it was back on the tram to the accommodation to wind down, relax and recharge before a well-earned night’s sleep. 🛌✨

And there’s still plenty more to come! Saturday is a BIG day with shopping and the Adelaide Show! 🎡🛍️🎢

The getaway team have officially settled into their accommodation in Adelaide! 🏡✨

After getting everything set up and having some time to relax, everyone got stuck into making tacos for dinner 🌮 — building those everyday living skills, confidence and independence along the way!

Then it was off into the city! 🚐🌃 Navigating the the public transport system and catching the tram in..
A trip to Rundle Mall before heading to Hijinx Hotel for a fun-filled night of games, challenges and arcade action! 🎮🎯🙌

It’s so much more than just a getaway — it’s about building capacity, developing independence, trying new experiences, making meaningful connections and creating memories. ❤️

At LCA Getaways, we love seeing people step outside their comfort zones, have a go and discover just what they can achieve!
