Unfortunately it’s going to be wet and windy at Long Beach tomorrow, so our weekly gathering will now have to be cancelled 😞.

The seasons have well and truly changed, and this brings an end to our Long Beach Yoga for another year.

I’d like to send my gratitude to everyone who came along and rolled out their mat, stood strong in the salty breeze, warmed their skin with the golden sun and felt the cool earth beneath them. Sharing the energy of spring and summer on Sundays is always the perfect way to reflect, pause and reset. Connecting with nature through our Yoga practice together has truly been the highlight of my week 💚 Thank you ☺️

The first Full Moon after the Equinox is the time we celebrate Easter. Traditionally symbolic for renewal and new beginnings, this part of our calendar is also the perfect time to take a break; a chance to rest a little after the busy-ness of the warmer months and to slow down in preparation for winter.
We will gather for two classes this weekend, practicing Yoga that celebrates the moon and the changing seasons and nourishing rest.

The wheel of the year turns to the Equinox this weekend, where we celebrate the balance of light and dark; night and day. We move from Yang to Yin, Pitta to Vata, from action and activity to contemplation and letting go. As our days grow shorter and the nights longer, perhaps reflect upon what you’ve been building up and growing during the warmer seasons, to now harvest the rewards. Gently prepare for a slowing down, a turning inwards, in readiness for the hibernation to come. 💚

Join us on the first day of 2026 at Long Beach, 9am this Thursday. You don’t have to be flexible to do Yoga, just willing and open and present 🧘‍♀️💚 🙏
