At Compassion Care Crew, we believe that support should enhance a person’s life, not define it.

Today, we’re proud to share our Mission, Vision and Values; the principles that guide how we support participants, work alongside families and support networks, and make decisions every day.

At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief:

That means supporting people to have genuine choice and control, build independence, feel valued and included, pursue their goals and aspirations, and receive support that is truly centred around them.

We believe in providing the right support, at the right time, while empowering each person to make their own choices and live life on their own terms.

What an incredible journey these past two years have been. From where we started to where we are now, none of it would have been possible without the amazing people who make CCC what it is every single day. 💙

To our dedicated, compassionate and hardworking staff, thank you for the care, commitment and heart you bring to your roles. The support you provide changes lives and creates a community we are so proud of.

A beautiful day out at Valley Lakes 🌿🦆

One of our CCC clients enjoyed some fresh air, sunshine, and a peaceful drive around the lake today, with a special stop to feed the ducks!

Moments like these are what it’s all about, getting out into the community, enjoying nature, and creating simple but meaningful experiences.

Easter adventures done right 🐣🌊

One of our clients went out and about exploring the beautiful seaside town of Robe this Easter, soaking up the sunshine, fresh ocean air, and everything this coastal gem has to offer.

From wander-filled strolls to a few little adventures along the way, it’s all about getting out, trying new things and enjoying the moment.

At CCC, we love seeing our clients building confidence, embracing independence and making memories like these.
