This year's Women's Health Expo is all about understanding women's menstrual health across every stage of life.

From menstrual health and hormones to fertility, pregnancy, mental health, nutrition and menopause, our local health professionals will be sharing practical information, answering questions and helping you better understand your health.

There's plenty to explore throughout the day, including talks, workshops and a trade fair.
