I support participants living with Autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, psychosocial disabilities, emotional regulation challenges, behaviours of concern, trauma backgrounds, and other support needs that require a patient, adaptable, and consistent approach.

With experience across both aged care and disability support, I work with all age groups and tailor my approach to the individual, their routines, goals, and support needs.

My focus is on building genuine trust and creating an environment where participants feel safe, understood, supported, and comfortable being themselves.

Services are available across Mount Gambier, the surrounding Limestone Coast towns, and parts of South West Victoria.

✨ Welcome to Hall Pathways ✨

Hi everyone, I’m Georgia, a Mount Gambier local, born and raised, and a 25-year-old with a big passion for making a difference.

My journey in care began back in 2017, starting as a Personal Care Assistant in aged care. In 2019, I discovered my true calling in Disability Support, a role that has continued to inspire and challenge me every day.

With 7 years of hands-on experience across the Disability Support field a Certificate III in Disability Support and currently finalising my Certificate IV in Disability Support, I’m incredibly proud to be taking this next step and launching my Independent Support Business - Hall Pathways.

Hall Pathways is about person-centred support, genuine connections, and empowering individuals to live life their way. I’m so excited to begin this journey and look forward to supporting our community.
