Makita has over 32 years experience as a Wellness Entrepreneur and Mind Body Fitness Expert with a background in the movements arts and certifications in yoga, pilates, fitness, barre, energy healing and fitness / gym instruction. Makita is also qualified nurse and counselor. Makita’s teachings are influenced by a multi-disciplinary body mind approach to exercise and positive psychology to transform the body and mind.
