I truly don’t believe we need more information, treatment plans and advice…

I believe healing occurs when we are so present with our body, food, environment and lifestyle that we develop a sensitivity and feedback that allows us to become aware of what gives us vitality and what decreases it🧡

Our body speaks to us all day every day. It’s in the symptoms, pain and stress is where we need to lean in to listen to what we really need and what we dont✨✨✨

If you would like a hand to hold whilst you listen to your body and a further understanding at how we can give your body the nourishment it needs I offer Naturopathic Consultations❤️To find more information about my consultations please visit my website found in my Bio, love love love Rebecca ###

When all the stars are aligning🌈🌸✨🌹

Still coming down from the most magical day I have ever experienced at our Women’s Mysteries with Astare and Cassie 🥹💗Captures are by the beautiful ✨✨✨

With the land holding us I guided the most divine group of humans to blend their very own organic tea and then took them on journey back home to themselves with a tea meditation🥹🌹✨

It makes me teary to think of how every twist and turn has guided me to exactly where i supposed to be. I can feel it in every cell of my body🧡

To share what lights my heart and soul on fire humbles me deeply ###

Thank you to the beautiful for this capture of my tea meditation that moved me so deeply💗

I didn’t think it could get better than popping into my favourite cafe The Little Sunshine Cafe and seeing the gorgeous Liz and my tea babies on full display. But today was so special to add a jar of my postpartum tea blend Mother to nourish the gorgeous mummies of the The Chino Club in Glen Innes at their heavenly meet ups🥹🌈🌹✨🧡

My heart is just a little full tonight to say the least ###
