Australian College of Classical Yoga

Australian College of Classical Yoga ACCY trains teachers to develop an understanding of yoga as a whole, and to develop their own person Classical Yoga embraces all aspects of Yoga.

The Australian College of Classical Yoga is headed by founder Swami Shantananda, and brings to it her knowledge, experience, and wisdom; garnered over thirty years of training and practice in the Shaivite lineage. The Australian College of Classical Yoga offers Meditation and Yoga Teacher Training, both on-campus (Melbourne) or by Distance Ed. We also conduct Hatha Yoga and Meditation classes, Sat

sang and a variety Workshops and Retreats that allow you to explore and immerse yourself in Classical Yoga. With its physical, mental, and spiritual components, traditional Yoga is the ultimate therapy that includes movement and flexibility but is much, much more.

Say hello to the adorable historic church that we will be hosting our classes in from now on. I can show you pictures, but the place has a wonderful ambiance that doesn't come through in photos. Join Sarasvati at 9.15am Tuesday mornings or Jivana at 8am Saturday mornings and see for yourself.

Hi all, just a reminder that Sarasvati will be back this week from a well earned break. She will resume tomorrow (4/2) with her Sunday morning Meditation class (via Zoom). Also Yoga with Weights and General Yoga classes on Monday (5/2) also via Zoom, and General Yoga on Tuesday (6/2) at Citrus Dance Studio. She is definitely looking forward to the year ahead and would love to catch up again!
