On Sunday, I got home from Unveiling the Gold - a magical 5 day ACMM retreat for only 6 guests. I am still smiling, relaxed and glowing from all the love and radiance that we connected to. The third Unveiling the Gold Retreat in the beautiful Yarra Valley was a journey of unfolding and becoming for each of us. It was such an honour and joy to witness the gold shine through each attendee as they relaxed, let go and with trust and love embrace the journey of unveiling their true self. It still blows my mind every time I see this miracle happen. Each attendee bravely stepping into deep emotional honesty, connective meditations, discussions and practices, - and the most beautiful part - embracing each other. The energy cultivated on retreat is pure, radiant and whole. What a gift! Thank you to the beautiful attendees for stepping into the space with your whole self and embracing all that was offered. Thank you to the beautiful venue, land, trees and animals that accompanied us on the journey. Can't wait to do it all again next year, (each occasion is so unique) and very much looking forward to the next ACMM in person retreat in October.- Love Lisa 🙏🌳🍂🌷
