• Alternative and Augmentative Communication
Building Blocks Coordination is an Independent Provider who works with Plan-Managed and Self-Managed Participants of the NDIS to enable them to have choice and control over the services they use to live as independently as possible.
My Name is Kym Eadie, and I am the Owner/Operator of Building Blocks Coordination.
I provide High Quality, Person-Centred Supports in Case Management/Service Coordination and Assistance with Life Stage Transition to eligible NDIS Participants.
I grew up in Moura and understand the difficulties we have in accessing a variety of services within our Remote area.
I have over 30years lived experience working with people with disabilities and have extensive skills and knowledge working with participants with Autism of all ages and the difficulties they have in their daily lives.
I returned to Moura in Oct 2022 after living in Dalby for approx. 12 years. While I lived in Dalby I completed my Cert IV in Disability and worked within the same company for approx. 10 years. I worked across all areas of Community Services including Disability Employment, Day Respite Services, STA – Short Term Accommodation, SIL – Supported Independent Living, ILO – Independent Living Options, Post School Support, Social Housing and Community Participation. I completed my Cert IV in Disability in 2012 and while I was employed as Client Service Coordinator 2017 – 2020 I gained additional qualifications and partial attainment of Diploma of Community Services.
I can assist you with Supported Decision Making, Coaching, Training and Education around your NDIS funded goals. We can advise on utilising all areas of funding to work towards your stated goals and get the most out of your Plan.
