Most people come to a session thinking something needs fixing.
Pain.
Anxiety.
Fatigue.
Grief.
And while those experiences are very real, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy begins somewhere else entirely.
It begins with the understanding that the body already knows how to organise itself toward health.
My role is not to correct or manipulate.
It’s to listen.
Through very gentle contact and a deeply settled space, the nervous system often begins to shift on its own — sometimes subtly, sometimes profoundly.
And something important tends to happen when that shift occurs.
The body remembers.
Not as a thought, but as a felt experience of safety, regulation and ease.
And once the body has touched that state again, it often continues orienting toward it.
The system doesn’t stop the moment the session ends.
It keeps reorganising.
Integrating.
Finding its way back toward balance.
This is the quiet intelligence of the body — not something imposed from the outside, but something that has always been there.
BCST simply creates the conditions for that intelligence to be heard again.
