Occasionally I receive a text message from prospective clients asking how is the best way to book an appointment.
I respond to clients however they choose to contact me. Ie. Direct phone call, text message, Facebook messenger or email (although email replies may take longer due to only checking periodically)
Or in the case of getting a few groceries on the way home this week I was greeted at the checkout by a client.
“Just the person I need to see, I need to book my husband in one morning.”
Me: “How about Friday ?”
It’s that easy 😊
