re short 'rest times' in between some sequences which stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system giving the body time to rest and repair. A treatment plan will be discussed with your therapist on your initial visit. For best results it is advisable to have one or two follow up treatments 7-10 days after to help resolve your concern. *Long standing concerns may require longer treatment plans.*
