As we are to welcome our little love into the world any day now, I have/will be taking some precious time to sit with our new family life.

I would like to share my deepest appreciation for all of the clients I have had the pleasure of meeting over the past couple of years in Mullumbimby.

Just as I have given my all in supporting you, you have also supported me and my family through a time of transition.

What better way to meet those big feelings with LOVE & KINDNESS.

Simple, right? HA! Yeh, right!!

Best we (as parents/guardians) diffuse our triggers and let & let our kids just be..... well, kids.

BIG EMOTIONS don't need to be stopped, fixed or avoided.

Unfortunately many of us grow up swallowing our emotions as we are not able to freely express them.

AND guess where they end up?

Yup, deep down in our bodies.

Niggling shoulder pain, what may you be carrying around with you still??
