Before i found sound therapy my life was in turmoil. In an instant it had literally been ripped from me, all that I knew.
My love, my security, my peace, my knowing, my happiness, my joy, my laughter, my passion for growth and living, and my safety. It felt like it had all been destroyed and taken from me, turned inside out and upside down multiple times. All I could manage to do was breathe.

My journey becoming an Accredited Sound Therapist saved my life, my sanctuary, my bond with my son, my sanity. The layers of trauma healed and still healing.

I'm passionate and grateful I found sound therapy because I know it works, I'm proof of this and so are my clients. And this is why I do what I do. I'm here to assist others in their healing journey.

Sound therapy is a beautiful modality, so calming, gentle, yet powerful in healing all aspects of our lives.

I specialise in 1on1 sound therapy sessions that is completely catered to your individual needs. I work using different instrumental sounds, vibrations and frequencies to shift and release stagnant energy, to clear and free our bodies and minds so we can live with joy, peace, happiness, love and self empowerment.
